Our management team reviews feedback and follows up on issues that need attention. Your response goes to PLB management and is not automatically posted as a public review.

How we use your feedback

Peace Love & Boba, 3083 Alamo Dr, Vacaville, CA 95687, collects the visit details, ratings, and comments you choose to provide. Your name and contact details are optional.

We use this information to understand your experience, investigate problems, respond to you, and improve service. Authorized PLB managers and owners can access it. Google services host the form and records. We do not use your contact details for marketing.

We plan to remove contact details 90 days after a complaint is closed, or 90 days after submission when no complaint is opened. Identifiable feedback and case notes are kept for up to 12 months. Supporting evidence is normally kept for 90 days after closure. Serious incidents, insurance matters, or legal obligations may require longer retention. We may keep non-identifying summaries to track improvements.
